ABOUT

WHAT WE BELIEVE… WHAT WE DESIGN.
Simplicity.  Truthfully you.

The way ideas are expressed influences the way we understand them. The way outdoor living spaces look and are used influences the way we feel about them. From experience, it’s our personal belief that people want their surroundings to be a truthful expression of who and what their ever-changing life stage requires. Your lifestyle change could include a new home, a growing family, becoming an empty nester, entering retirement, or perhaps simply selling your home. A lifestyle change can bring about changes in the way you use your outdoor space, from relaxing to entertaining, whether it be seasonally or year-round, short-term or long-term.

A lifestyle change brings with it many questions and decisions, and often too little time to see the creative opportunities, much less implement them. Whether it be a new home, existing home renovations, or the temporary staging of a unique home for sale, the goal is the same—to reflect the homeowner’s style and needs in a creative, positive, and useful way. We design outdoor spaces to meet specific needs, whether it be relaxation, improved functionality, a better entertainment space, or increasing the value of your property.

Through outdoor landscape architecture and landscape management plans, we re-imagine possibilities to reflect what is important to each client. We understand it, we tell it beautifully, we make it engaging—and we simply make it easy for you.

ABOUT THE ARCHITECT
Edward Westwood started GardenBleu Landscape Architecture in 2004, with 30 years of experience working for various landscape architecture firms up and down the East Coast and in the Midwest. He is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, the Naples Botanic Garden, and the Naples Garden Club. He has a very ‘hands on’ feel for the local garden demographics, balanced with an overall awareness of national trends in the art and science of landscape architecture. His goal was to create a design firm that delivers high value work, without all the complexity often found in the traditional large architectural firm model.

We remain ‘hands on’ as a small but senior team, working on a client-to-client basis with many of the most high-powered and demanding owners of luxury homes and businesses in Southwest Florida. Our work includes private estates in the luxurious Port Royal communities, Gulfshore Boulevard, Gordon Drive, Old Naples, and many upscale, private, gated communities throughout Naples. We work with the best landscape management teams, builders, architects, interior designers, plant nurseries, landscape contractors, growers and tradesmen in the area. Nothing we produce is ever anything less than beautiful.
