The way ideas are expressed influences the way we understand them. How an outdoor living space looks and utilized influences how we feel about it. From experience, we believe that people want their surroundings to be a truthful expression of who they are and what their ever-changing life stage requires. A lifestyle change brings many questions and decisions; often, there is too little time to see and implement creative opportunities. Edward Westwood
He founded Garden Bleu Landscape Architecture in Naples, Florida, in 2004. He brought 30 years of landscape architecture experience from leading East Coast and Midwest firms. Ed is active in the growing community as a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, the Naples Botanic Garden, and the Naples Garden Club. He aimed to create a design firm that delivered high-value work without the complexity often found in the traditional large architectural firm model for a customizable experience for his clients. He cultivates local garden demographics and continues to utilize proven design practices inspired by local and international trends in the art and sciences of landscape architecture. Ed's design philosophy is to remain 'hands-on' as a small, experienced team that specializes in working on a client-to-client basis with many of the most high-powered and demanding owners of luxury homes and businesses in Southwest Florida. Our work includes private estates in the luxurious Port Royal communities, Gulfshore Boulevard, Gordon Drive, Old Naples, and many upscale, private, gated communities throughout Naples. We work with the area's best landscape management teams, builders, architects, interior designers, plant nurseries, landscape contractors, growers, and tradespeople.
